Our Client Viaplay Group is a Nordic entertainment company that provides streaming services, offering movies, series, and live sports. Its main platform, Viaplay, operates in several markets, primarily focusing on the Nordic and European regions. In addition to on-demand content, Viaplay also features original productions and partnerships with international studios. 

What you'll do  

  • Handle user inquiries across various communication channels: voice, email, chat and social media; 
  • Guide user’s trough account setup and login issues; 
  • Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems; 
  • Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings; 
  • Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods and resolve billing issues; 
  • Assist with subscription pauses or cancellations; 
  • Collect and communicate user feedback for platform improvements.

What you'll need 

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian (C2); 
  • Good knowledge of English (minimum B2); 
  • High school diploma required; 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; 
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information; 
  • Interest in Movies, Series, and Sports; 
  • Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
