Job Description

We are looking for an intern who will work within the Group Debt and Capital Market unit.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Supporting the development, enhancement and optimization of automation initiatives aimed at improving the unit's financial reporting processes;
  • Contributing to the research, design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to support and enhance capital markets activities and workflows;
  • Assisting with daily data collection, data quality assurance and reporting activities within the GDCM area;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business and financial requirements into effective IT solutions and developments;
  • Working closely with team members in the execution, monitoring and management of debt transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with internal procedures.


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Master's degree (or finalized graduation path) in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering;
  • Advanced IT proficiency applied to financial contexts, or a strong IT background with an interest in finance;
  • Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.


Soft Skills:
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex financial data and process structures;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in an international corporate environment;
  • Good organizational skills, target orientation, and proactive project tracking attitude.
