This role is a client-facing graduate or early-career position focused on designing and delivering AI-powered products. You will work across the full lifecycle of solutions, from early concepts and MVPs through to scalable production deployments, using Python and modern cloud technologies. Collaborating closely with senior consultants and business stakeholders, you'll contribute to architecture, development, testing, and adoption of AI solutions. The position blends hands-on technical work with exposure to large-scale digital and business transformation initiatives.

The position blends hands-on technical work with exposure to large-scale digital and business transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of AI-powered applications, from early prototypes and PoCs through to MVP and production solutions.
- Implement and maintain Python-based software components, integrating APIs, data pipelines, and cloud services (with a focus on Azure).
- Support solution architecture activities, ensuring products are scalable, secure, and aligned with client technical standards.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and monitoring activities to ensure reliability and performance of AI solutions in production.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and implementation tasks.
- Work directly with client stakeholders, supporting workshops, demos, and presentations to drive understanding and adoption of new solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AI, software engineering, and data to deliver end-to-end product features.
- Contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement of delivery processes on the engagement.
About the Candidate:
- Recent graduate or early-career professional (up to ~3 years' experience) with a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong foundations in AI and/or software engineering, with hands-on experience in Python and building applications or software projects.
- Familiar with core software development practices and concepts such as SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms (ideally Azure), and data-driven solutions.
- Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and is comfortable in client-facing environments.
- Analytical problem-solver who can work in fast-moving, ambiguous settings and contribute to shaping practical solutions.
- Demonstrated interest in digital and business transformation, and in applying AI to real-world products beyond pure experimentation.
- Bonus: exposure to media and entertainment, generative AI / LLM projects, or experience taking solutions from PoC to MVP to production.
