Job Description

Within the Global Digital Factory, in the RPA & Low-code Factory unit, we are looking for an intern to support PMO activities and process and functional analysis for process automation projects developed for the Group.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support analysis aimed at optimizing existing business processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, executing, and monitoring automation projects
  • Draft documentation on processes, implemented solutions, and meeting minutes
  • Produce project documentation and minutes
  • Participate in testing for the production release of automations developed together with Business stakeholders
  • Contribute to low-code development activities on Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Copilot studio, Power BI)
  • Support the development of analytics dashboards to provide insights and improve data-driven decision making


Requirements

  • Student in Management Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
  • Interest in business process analysis and project management
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Problem solving attitude and result oriented
  • Ability to use collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint)
  • Flexibility and curiosity in using and experimenting with new technologies (e.g., Power Apps, Copilot studio, Power BI)
