Your Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation initiatives and software projects
Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project information, progress, and trends
Support purchase order requests (POR) for large initiatives and help ensure proper documentation and follow-up
Support the introduction and rollout of a portfolio management tool within the Digital Transformation environment
Administer and maintain the portfolio management tool, including data quality, user support, and reporting
Track project progress and maintain transparency on timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Support the documentation of project-related processes, newly developed functionalities, and features
Assist in the creation of user guides, training materials, and other supporting documentation
Help improve ways of working, standards, and tools within the Digital Transformation Project Management team
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor’s (ongoing or completed) in Business, Computer Science or related
High affinity to numbers and financials
Passionate about project management
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details
Excellent communication skills and a true team player
Fluent in English and German
Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)

The internship is a full-time position for at least 6 months. To ensure a successful onboarding and integration into the team, the first 3 months are primarily based on-site in Jenbach. Thereafter, a hybrid working model with up to 50% remote work is possible. The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.698,59 gross per month (x 14).
