Job description:

Location: Marseille, France

Start date: September 2026

 

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Global Lead Buyer – Warehouse Equipment, you will contribute to procurement activities for categories within this scope, such as Material Handling Equipment and Packaging.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Contribute to the preparation of specifications, tenders, financial and contractual negotiations, result analysis, supplier sourcing and selection, as well as follow-up and contractual deployment with internal stakeholders
  • Identify needs in collaboration with stakeholders across different countries
  • Collect and consolidate data by region (current situation, status, and needs) in order to rationalize and optimize requirements
  • Contribute to reporting and performance monitoring: improvement, update and creation of indicators, KPI analysis, and spend analysis for the relevant purchasing categories

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Master’s degree in Procurement (logistics is a plus)
  • Initial experience in procurement within an international environment is desirable
  • Strong command of MS Office tools, solid analytical skills and good knowledge of procurement processes
  • Fluent in English; you are open-minded, reliable, determined, empathetic, and possess strong communication skills
