Our presence in France

France plays a strategic role within the organization. The Estée Lauder Companies operate through three complementary entities, offering a wide range of career opportunities across many fields such as marketing, strategy, brand development, supply chain, HR or commercial functions, for example.

• Regional Office – EMEA

Located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, the Regional Office supports the development of the company across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Teams work on regional strategy, brand development, finance, supply chain and business operations to help brands grow across multiple markets. This environment offers an international perspective and the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the EMEA region.

• French Affiliate

Based on Rue Cambon, the French Affiliate manages the company’s activities in the French market.

The teams are responsible for bringing the brands to life locally: developing marketing plans, managing relationships with retailers, supporting retail teams and creating impactful activations for French consumers.

• Global Brand Teams

Some Global Brand teams are also based in France, between the offices in Neuilly-sur-Seine and the Maison des Parfums, located on Rue Volney.

These teams work on a global scale, shaping the long-term strategy of Darphin, Lab Series, Kilian Paris and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle — from product innovation and brand storytelling to global marketing campaigns and international brand development.
