  We have a hybrid working policy that is dependent on the team you join.

• Zijn er bepaalde perioden gedurende het jaar dat er een wervingspiek is binnen uw bedrijf?

  Our timeline isn’t specific. We hire students according to team needs, although our opportunities peak from September onwards. Our junior talent usually joins in the Summer, although this is dependent on the country/team you are joining.

• What background do you look for?

  We are looking for 360-degree candidates with the willingness to learn and the hunger to grow with the company. Some roles may require specific degrees, but we take students on from a range of backgrounds.

• In which countries do you hire in

  In EMEA, we have opportunities in the UK&I, France, Spain, Italy, The Netherlands, Germany, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Although Kroll hires junior recruits across the world.
