Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Human Resources administrative activities;
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes;
• Support onboarding and integration processes for new employees;
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects;
• Support training and employee development activities,
• Contribute to internal communication initiatives and corporate events;
• Provide general support to the HR team in ongoing activities and projects.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resource Management, Psychology or Sociology;
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) and basic computer skills (especially Excel);
• Motivation to learn and develop new skills;
• Observation and analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities;
• Proactive attitude, adaptability and motivation to develop new skills;
• Sense of responsibility, organization, and ability to meet deadlines/tasks;
• Strong team spirit and willingness to learn.
