EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Sports Marketing Intern.
In this role, you will actively contribute to the design, organization, and coordination of marketing and event initiatives related to the sports industry. You will hold a versatile position combining sports marketing, project management, partnerships, and events, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sports Marketing Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in designing and executing our sports-related marketing initiatives and events.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Event design: contribute to defining the format, schedule, and objectives of different initiatives.
- Logistics coordination: manage venues, suppliers, equipment, and schedules required for successful event delivery.
- Sports activation: contribute to designing initiatives connected to events, brands, and sports industry stakeholders.
- Partnerships and sponsorships: identify, contact, and follow up with partners and sponsorship opportunities.
- Audience engagement: develop initiatives designed to engage and grow sports communities.
- Event communication: contribute to promoting events and driving attendance.
- Budget tracking: support budget preparation, monitoring, and expense control.
- Supplier relations: identify, negotiate with, and follow up with suppliers and partners.
- On-site management: contribute to smooth event delivery and help manage unexpected situations.
- Performance review: analyze the results of events and activations and identify key learnings.
- Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Initiative optimization: recommend improvements to increase the impact of future sports activations and events.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You are currently studying marketing, communications, event management, project management, or a related field.
- You have a genuine interest in the sports ecosystem and its commercial dynamics.
- You are interested in partnerships, sponsorships, and brand activations within the sports industry.
- You have a genuine interest in event organization and team coordination.
- You are able to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- You are comfortable coordinating suppliers, partners, and multiple stakeholders.
- You have strong organizational skills and know how to prioritize effectively.
- You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
- You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
- A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
