The program is designed to provide international exposure and long-term career development. Your 1st rotation will take place in Razgrad, Bulgaria, followed by your 2nd rotation and graduation role in Bazancourt, France.

- Recent graduate (0-2 years' experience) in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong interest in electrical systems, maintenance, and manufacturing operations
- Good English skills
- French is a plus, but not required. Candidates should be willing to learn French during the program. ADM will provide French language training and support.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Open to international mobility and relocation as part of the program
- Interest in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement
