EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a People & Culture Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to recruitment, candidate support, and the development of company culture. You will hold a versatile position combining human resources, employee engagement, and internal culture, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a People & Culture Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in supporting talent and developing an engaging company culture.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate sourcing: identify and approach profiles matching the needs of our partner companies.
  • Candidate interviews: conduct interviews to better understand candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and professional goals.
  • Company culture: contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and team cohesion.
  • Internal events: help organize team activities and internal rituals.
  • Employee listening: contribute to internal surveys and analyze employee feedback.
  • Employee engagement: identify initiatives that can improve the employee experience and strengthen involvement.
  • Needs qualification: engage with partner companies to understand their expectations precisely.
  • Candidate support: follow candidates throughout the process, advise them, and prepare them for each stage.
  • Interview coordination: organize exchanges between candidates and partner companies and follow up until a decision is made.
  • Administrative management: prepare and track documents related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality follow-up.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving workflows, ATS tools, and People & Culture initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying human resources, occupational psychology, management, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in human resources, company culture, and supporting people.
  • You are comfortable conducting interviews and supporting a wide variety of profiles.
  • You have a strong team spirit and a genuine interest in workplace wellbeing.
  • You are interested in employee engagement, team cohesion, and the overall employee experience.
  • You are comfortable organizing internal initiatives and events.
  • You know how to listen to employees and analyze feedback constructively.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
