Job description

Transport Exchange Group (TEG) is looking for ambitious graduates who want to learn fast, take on real responsibility and build an exceptional career within a growing technology business.

Our Graduate Program is not about spending a year observing from the sidelines. From the start, you will work in the business, learn how our technology and operations connect, understand our customers and develop the commercial judgement and problem-solving skills needed to progress.

You will begin in Operations, building a strong foundation in our products, customers, systems and processes. As your knowledge and capability grow, you will have the opportunity to progress into specialist career pathways across TEG, including Product Analyst, Technology, Cyber Security, QA, Sales, Marketing, Account Management and other growing areas of the business.

You will work on real problems and real business priorities. You could be analysing data, improving processes, supporting customers, working with technology and product teams or challenging the way we currently do things. We want graduates who ask questions, bring ideas and are hungry to understand how a successful technology business works.

Your development will be accelerated through structured training, coaching and funded professional qualifications, including PRINCE2 Agile and Lean Six Sigma. You will learn from experienced colleagues while being expected to take increasing ownership of your work and your career.

We are looking for people with drive, curiosity and the appetite to keep learning. You do not need to arrive knowing everything. What matters is your ability to think, your willingness to challenge yourself and your determination to develop.

For the right person, this is much more than a graduate job. It is an opportunity to gain broad commercial and technology experience, develop recognised professional qualifications and build the foundations for a long-term career at TEG.

If you are ambitious, curious and ready to learn quickly, we want to hear from you.

Additional benefits

Private medical insurance, pension, life assurance, income protection, Cycle to Work scheme, wellbeing support, funded professional qualifications and certifications, structured development and clear career progression opportunities.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum BBB at A-Level (or equivalent).
  • At least two A-Levels must be from the following subjects: Mathematics/Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, French, Spanish, German, History, English Literature, Psychology or Music.
  • Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or be on track to achieve this).
Beyond academics, we are looking for people who:

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Are genuinely hungry to learn and develop.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly.
  • Take ownership and follow through on what they commit to.
  • Ask good questions and are prepared to challenge the status quo.
  • Adapt quickly and are comfortable learning new things.
  • Work well with different people and teams.
  • Have an interest in technology, business and solving real-world problems.
  • Are ambitious and motivated to build a long-term career with TEG.
