The role of the Human Resources Officer is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to:
- Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, staffing, employee relations, and implementation of Group HR policies.
- Maintain employee records, time management data, and support payroll-related inquiries.
- Prepare HR reports, monthly KPIs, and workforce analyses.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate training activities and support internal and external audits.
- Support and coordinate HR projects, including process improvements, digitalization, and organizational changes.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of HR action plans.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Bachelor's Degree with a specialisation in HR
- A first experience in the HR function within a industrial environment
- Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office
- International mind set
- Good interpersonal skills
- Minimum bi-lingual (English and German required)
