INTERNSHIP - M&A (M/F) - July 2026

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from July 2026. As a member of Danone's M&A team, you will report directly to an M&A Manager, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills:

• Participate in acquisitions, disposals, JVs, and in the various stages of a corporate development process
• Analyze companies: research economic information and present summaries to Finance leadership
• Model business plans and financial valuations (company valuation process)
• Prepare summary documents for recommendation to Group Executives

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from July 2026 for a duration of 6 months
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school
• You are rigorous and organized, with a strong analytical mind
• Willing and committed, you are able to work independently
• You are fluent in English
• You feel comfortable with the pack Office
