EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Risk Analyst Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to financial monitoring, risk analysis, and management control for our partner companies.

You will hold a versatile position combining finance, analysis, and control, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Risk Analyst Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and monitoring financial and operational risks.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Financial monitoring: help track financial flows, budgets, and variances against forecasts.
Quantitative analysis: produce reliable analyses to support management decisions.
Risk identification: identify and document key financial and operational risks.
Risk assessment: measure the exposure and likelihood of identified risks.
Mitigation plans: propose risk reduction actions and monitor their implementation.
Reporting: build and maintain clear, up-to-date financial dashboards.
Control and reliability: check data consistency and flag potential anomalies.
Forecasting: contribute to preparing budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Operational support: help teams understand their financial indicators.
Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with the sales, administrative, and management teams.
Process optimization: contribute to automating reporting and improving tracking tools.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

You are currently studying finance, accounting, management, economics, or a related field.
You have a genuine interest in numbers, financial analysis, and risk management.
You are proficient in Excel and comfortable using management and reporting tools.
You are rigorous, analytical, and comfortable working with control frameworks.
You can structure a risk analysis and clearly summarize the main areas of concern.
You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
