How you will make an impact
You will join our Customers IT Product Team where we support, maintain and develop the digital solutions to Arla's global customers. Our team is mainly responsible for designing and building new features to our Customer Service Management tool and our E-Commerce applications, while also operating and maintaining existing application across IT & Digital.

- Creating guides for various processes and systems.
- Participating in day to day operations and governance including the opportunity to gain application knowledge.
- Preparing material for internal presentations, management reporting, and workshops.
- Supporting documentation, onboarding material, and guidelines related to Customers IT Product Team.
- Performing administrative and coordination tasks that help the team run smoothly e.g. surveys, time registration administration, and coordinating events.
What will make you successful
You are structured, curious, and interested in understanding the full product lifecycle of our IT applications, and how these drive value to our stakeholders and Arla. - Be currently enrolled or starting your Masters in a relevant university program (e.g. IT, Business, Engineering, or similar).
- Have an interest in the product lifecycle of IT solutions such as Salesforce and E-commerce applications.
- Be comfortable working with different Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or similar.
- Be proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Have an eye for structure and visual presentation.
- Be available to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility around your studies.
