Tasks
- Gather, analyze, and document business needs from stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into functional analyses and user stories
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements and identify improvements
- Contribute to the definition and optimization of business processes and customer journeys
- Collaborate with Product Owners and project teams to maximize delivered value
- Participate in testing, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business expectations

Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or other relevant Technology degrees
- Solid understanding of business analysis fundamentals
- Experience working with product, IT, or business teams
- Previous experience conducting workshops, requirements gathering and process analysis
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with a very good command of English (spoken and written)
