Join J&T Express as a Working Student in Human Resources & Recruiting at our location in Nieder-Olm (near Mainz). As part of our HR team, you will gain hands-on experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Active Sourcing, and HR Operations while supporting real HR processes in a fast-growing international company.
Your Responsibilities
- Support our Recruiting and Talent Acquisition activities throughout the hiring process
- Conduct Active Sourcing and Candidate Sourcing via LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Screen applications and support Candidate Screening for different positions across our organization
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and publish job advertisements across LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
- Support Candidate Management and maintain accurate recruiting information and documentation
- Assist with HR Operations activities, including Onboarding, employee documentation, and HR data management
- Contribute to visa, immigration, and work authorization processes for international employees
- Participate in HR and Recruiting projects and help continuously improve our recruitment and HR processes
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics, or a related field
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Active Sourcing
- Confident and communicative personality with an interest in working with candidates and different stakeholders
- Structured, reliable, and organized working style
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to take responsibility
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and digital tools; previous experience with LinkedIn or recruiting platforms is an advantage
- Business fluent German and English are required
- Previous experience in HR, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition is an advantage, but not required
