You will design, execute and document testing activities across functional, integration, system and end-to-end testing phases, ensuring that defects are clearly reported, evidence is complete and the delivered solution meets business and quality expectations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a QA Tester to support the testing activities of the PASS Project and help ensure that the delivered solution is robust, compliant and ready for successful deployment. For this role, you need to have: • University degree in IT, engineering, economics or a related field. • Practical knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, test design and defect management. • Ability to understand and test APIs, interfaces, batch processes, data flows and integrated applications. • Previous experience as a QA Tester, Software Tester or in a similar testing role. • Experience preparing test cases, executing tests and documenting clear test evidence and defects. • Fluent English. Insurance or financial services experience is highly desirable. • Knowledge of Agile delivery, API testing tools and test automation approaches is an advantage. • ISTQB Certification is an advantage

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
You will design, execute and document testing activities across functional, integration, system and end-to-end testing phases, ensuring that defects are clearly reported, evidence is complete and the delivered solution meets business and quality expectations.
- Prepare and execute test cases based on business requirements, functional specifications, interfaces and user journeys.
- Record test results and evidence, identify defects and follow them through analysis, correction, retesting and closure.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, functional specifications, test cases, defects and test evidence.
- Collaborate with business, IT and vendor teams to clarify expected behavior, reproduce issues and validate corrections.
- Verify data consistency, reconciliation and end-to-end processing across integrated applications, APIs and batch flows.
- Support functional, integration, regression, system and end-to-end testing, and contribute to relevant non-functional testing and operational-readiness activities.
- Contribute to test automation opportunities and continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage and reusable test assets.
- Identify and communicate test environment and test data requirements and support readiness checks before test execution.
- Report environment, configuration and test-data constraints that may affect testing progress or results.
- Contribute to test completion assessments and provide evidence-based input for release and go-live decisions.
