ABOUT THE JOB
- Design, develop, test, and optimize prompts to improve the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of AI-generated outputs.
- Build AI agents that can execute tasks, follow instructions, interact with external tools, and connect to APIs.
- Develop Python-based applications integrating LLMs through APIs such as OpenAI.
- Implement AI workflows using prompt templates, structured outputs, function calling, and multi-step task execution.
- Explore and use AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.
- Contribute to the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to help AI applications retrieve and use relevant information.
- Test and evaluate AI-generated responses, identify potential issues such as hallucinations, and continuously improve agent performance.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Document AI workflows, test cases, and implementation approaches to ensure maintainability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in AI application development, or a related technical role.
- You have a good understanding of Python programming, including API integration, data processing, and error handling.
- You understand prompt engineering principles and can design and refine prompts for different tasks and use cases.
- You are interested in building AI agents and automating workflows using LLM-based technologies.
- You are familiar with REST APIs, JSON, Git, and basic software development practices.
- You have basic knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, or are willing to learn them.
- You have a basic understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases, or are motivated to develop your knowledge in these areas.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.
- You enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies and turning ideas into practical, working solutions.
- You can communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
