Our Client is a Portuguese company specializing in road infrastructure management, including asset management, operation, maintenance and toll collection services. The company is a key player in Portugal, holding majority stakes in several road concessions and expanding its operations internationally.
What you'll do
- Perform customer service activities through direct digital channels (email and phone);
- Be the point of contact for trucks of min 3.5 tons of weight;
- Answer directly to drivers, or transport and logistics companies;
- Clarify questions related to roads from all over the country from your market;
- Ensure revenue collection;
- Debt communication;
- Service sales as applicable;
- Contribute to the achievement of our client's objectives.
What you'll need
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Polish (C2);
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);
- Experience in customer service (preferred);
- Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
