Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and professional Exhibition Assistants to join our team for existing and upcoming exhibitions. Our next opening will be Harry Potter. As a key part of the visitor experience, you will be responsible for ensuring guests feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their visit. This is a public-facing role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
  • Provide information about the exhibition layout, schedules, activities (VR, Immersive Room,..), Shop and other exhibition venue facilities.
  • Assist with ticket scanning, registration, and entry procedures.
  • Respond to visitor inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Monitor guest flow and support crowd control and safety measures.
  • Coordinate with security and event staff as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized guest service area.
  • Distribute promotional materials or exhibition guides.
  • Support special needs guests and provide accessibility assistance when required.
  • Collect feedback and relay suggestions or complaints to the relevant team.
  • Communicate with guests of all ages and support with technical elements (VR/Interactive Exhibits)
  • Ability to upsell and use sales platforms


Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or events is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer or tablet literacy
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
  • French and Dutch fluency is required, other languages are a plus.


Working Conditions:
  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Working across multiple areas of the venue.
  • Uniform or dress code may be required.
  • Training provided prior to the event.
