Could you be the full-time VIE - International Logistics Coordinator we're looking for?

Your future role

We'll look to you for:

Transportation & Customs Strategy
  • Lead the launch and implementation of Customs Brokerage Requests for Quotation (RFQ) across North America.
  • Define and deploy transportation and customs strategies, governance processes, and operational standards across all business lines (RCS, Services, DIS).
  • Support the adoption and continuous improvement of the Regional Transport Control Tower (TCT) model and customs solutions.

Operations & Partner Coordination
  • Coordinate Regional and Overseas Transport Control Towers (TCTs), Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, and logistics service providers to ensure service excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive transportation and customs implementation projects across North America and support business reviews with logistics partners.
  • Monitor transportation and customs risks and implement corrective actions to ensure operational continuity.

Digitalization & Performance
  • Lead digitalization and automation initiatives to improve visibility, efficiency, and control across transportation and customs operations.
  • Develop and deliver performance reviews using key indicators including On-Time Delivery (OTD), cost savings, and customs compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance monitoring.

Financial Planning & Governance
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting activities, including transportation spend, customs brokerage costs, and Transport Control Tower operating expenses.
  • Support governance routines and performance reviews with logistics providers to drive service and cost optimization.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as delegate for the Transport Control Tower Manager when required.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams across North America, Europe, India, and Mexico to deliver strategic Supply Chain objectives.
  • Travel within North America to support implementation activities and strengthen logistics partner relationships.

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience or understanding of customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and transportation strategies.
  • Knowledge of governance processes and tools for logistics.
  • Familiarity with digitalization and automation in supply chain operations.
  • A certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams across multiple locations.
  • Fluent in English
