EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Web / Full-Stack Developer Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the development, maintenance, and improvement of the company’s applications and digital solutions. You will hold a versatile position combining front-end development, back-end development, and application architecture, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Web / Full-Stack Developer Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in the development, evolution, and quality of our digital applications.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Feature development: design, develop, and integrate new features based on product and user needs.
Front-end development: build and improve smooth, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces.
Back-end development: contribute to the development of application logic, services, and server-side processes.
API integration: connect applications with the internal and external services required for their operation.
Database management: contribute to the structuring, use, and evolution of application data.
Testing and validation: test developments to ensure reliability before production release.
Bug fixing: identify, analyze, and resolve issues reported by users or detected during testing.
Code review: participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from the technical team to improve code quality.
Deployment: contribute to the release of new features and monitor their proper operation.
Technical documentation: document developed features, APIs, and technical procedures.
Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with product, design, and operations teams to ensure consistency across developments.
Process optimization: contribute to improving development methods, technical tools, and internal processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

You are currently studying computer science, web development, software engineering, or a related field.
You have a genuine interest in software development, web applications, and new technologies.
You are proficient in at least one programming language and comfortable using version control tools such as Git.
You have knowledge of front-end development using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, or equivalent frameworks.
You have knowledge of back-end development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or equivalent technologies.
You are comfortable working with databases and understand the principles of API integration.
You are rigorous, autonomous, organized, and able to solve technical problems.
You are curious, proactive, and enjoy working as part of a team.
You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
