Join Schneider Electric as a VIE Connected Services Hub Predictive Analyst and contribute to the future of digital services for electrical systems. You will learn how connected data and predictive analytics help customers improve maintenance, reliability, and performance, while working in an international environment with technical experts and customer-facing teams.

What will you do?
  • Analyze data from connected electrical equipment and help translate it into clear insights for customers.
  • Support the identification of maintenance recommendations to improve asset reliability and performance.
  • Prepare simple and impactful technical reports summarizing findings, risks, and suggested actions.
  • Interact with internal experts to deepen your understanding of electrical systems and predictive analytics.
  • Support remote customer interactions by explaining analysis results and helping coordinate next steps.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital services by sharing feedback, lessons learned, and customer insights.

What are the key skills we are looking for?

We are looking for a curious and motivated young graduate with a strong interest in electrical systems, data, and digital services.

You could be a good fit if you have:
  • An engineering degree in electrical, energy systems, industrial, or a related technical field.
  • First experience (intership, apprenticeship) in electrical, industrial, energy management fields.
  • A basic understanding of electrical distribution systems, power equipment, or industrial applications.
  • An interest in data analysis, predictive maintenance, connected technologies, or digital services.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and structured way.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and willingness to work with different stakeholders.
  • Fluent English. French is expected for VIE candidates, and any additional language would be a plus.

You do not need to be an expert already. We are looking for potential, curiosity, and willingness to learn in an international environment.
