About the role
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support the administration and coordination of the AMU training reimbursement process. In this role, you will help ensure that participant data is correctly collected, validated, and transferred across systems, supporting compliance with Danish AMU reimbursement requirements.
This is a fixed-term position with a start date as soon as possible, running until the end of the year.
Key responsibilities
- Perform basic eligibility checks based on defined AMU rules (education level, residency, usage of education)
- Validate data completeness and quality before handover
- Prepare and maintain Excel files for transfer to TEC via Teams
- Support Payroll/Accounting with documentation related to reimbursements
- Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvements
- Act as a point of contact for operational questions related to the AMU process
Who you are
- Enrolled as a student within HR, business administration, IT, or a related field
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
- Confident using Excel and Microsoft Teams; interest in HR systems is an advantage
- Able to follow defined processes and rules precisely
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English, as English is the corporate language at SAS; Danish is an advantage.

Practical information
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Duration: Temporary position until the end of 2026
- Working hours: Approximately one working day per week (around 4–5 shifts per month). Standard office hours are 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

- Salary: Fixed hourly rate, pension, and 10% flexible benefits
