YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You create the best rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer, from upselling upgrades to recommending protection packages
• You advise national and international customers in the branch, delivering excellent face-to-face service while confidently promoting the full range of SIXT extras
• You are our expert on all vehicles in the SIXT fleet and advise customers on all protection items and additional services
• You manage our premium vehicle fleet and assist with driving and valeting cars when required

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Sales Talent You have proven upselling and closing skills, are motivated by targets, and thrive in direct customer contact
• Practical Experience You bring experience from sectors such as retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality, with a service-oriented mindset and reliable work ethic
• Communication You possess excellent communication skills
• Flexibility You are willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
• Driver's License You hold a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
