How you will make an impact

As a Trainee in the Payment & Allocation Team, you'll support daily financial processes that keep our global cash flow running efficiently. You will gain hands-on experience in accounting activities, learn best practices, and collaborate with internal partners across markets.

You will join our Global Shared Services Centre in Gdańsk, working closely with colleagues across Finance.

Specifically, you will be responsible for
  • Supporting execution of daily payments and direct debit collection
  • Allocating incoming and outgoing transactions
  • Supporting issue resolution within the Payment & Allocation area
  • Assisting in maintaining and updating process documentation
  • Supporting audits by preparing basic documentation when required
  • Providing support in ad-hoc tasks and project

What will make you successful

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, curious about finance processes, and ready to take their first steps in accounting.

To succeed in this role, you should have
  • Student status or a completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related field
  • Little or no prior professional experience (internships, trainee roles, or student jobs are welcome)
  • English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and an interest in developing more advanced skills
  • A positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and processes

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
