What is NEO?
NEO is a major Group worldwide program decided by the Executive Committee - that will create common, simplified, and harmonized ways of working that will enable us to operate cross-métier processes in our plants, Countries, Zones & Divisions.
By optimizing processes among divisions, NEO will allow us to support our go-to-market initiatives in a more consumer centric and agile fashion, while improving the user experience and workloads for our teams. Laying the foundation for Beauty Tech, NEO will contribute to group performance, by leveraging our data, and helping transform L'Oréal into a "smart company"
We've launched successfully our first AFP roll-out for LDB, it is now time to move on and accelerate with the Luxury Division, NYX and the US!

As a Business Expert, you will play a critical role in a major IT and Business Transformation Program, focusing on Product Master Data topics.
You will be responsible to deliver to the country harmonized MDM processes, to build strong MDM foundation according to NEO standards, to develop the right strategies to deliver Data quality by animating, coordinating, aligning, and prioritizing the action plans

You will be responsible to deliver to the country harmonized MDM processes, to build strong MDM foundation according to NEO standards, to develop the right strategies to deliver Data quality by animating, coordinating, aligning, and prioritizing the action plans
How will you play a role in it?
Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
- Maintain Global Activation methodology & assets (Fit materials, E2E testing, activation playbooks)
- Onboard & support local activation teams to ensure methodology mastery and project readiness
- Lead high-complexity NEOfit activities (Workshops, Open points instructions, and Deviation Requests (DR) instructions)
- Ensure the alignment between the Global AFP F2S team, Local Program Director and F2S BPO, and the métier community
- Assess template deviation requests and submit arbitrations to relevant decision committees (Global, AFP, DGO, Data Domain)
- Ensure a consistent data model to answer to local business needs and implement the NEO MDM process
- Ensure the alignment between Product Master Data & Business process,
- Liaise with the Data domain to facilitate roadmaps, priorities on data quality remediation actions.
- Define cleansing action plan with local teams, and support on functional questions
- Execute specific tasks (DR step-1 instruction validation and Global App Remediation)

We Are Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Data-related background: Previous experience in data management is appreciated. Good knowledge of operations scope is an advantage.
- Interest in Tech: Technical "appetence" as you will need to address functional points in complex IT environment.
- Project Management and Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks across data migration, testing, and implementation phases, with a focus on quality assurance.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Rigorous with business orientated approach and delivery engagement. A proactive mindset to challenge business needs, propose innovative solutions, and validate functional specifications while ensuring operational feasibility.
- Collaboration and Leadership Skills: The ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, to animate local teams, provide clear priorities, and foster cross-functional integration within an agile, multicultural team.
