YOUR MISSIONS

As a Junior PV Developer, you will be part of our Development Team and report directly to the Head of Development. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire lifecycle of photovoltaic projects in Italy.

You will contribute to transforming project opportunities into ready-to-build solar assets by working closely with internal experts, external stakeholders, public authorities, and technical consultants. From site identification to permitting and grid connection, you will play an active role in bringing renewable energy projects to life.

What you'll do

As a Junior PV Developer, you will:

  • Identify and assess new photovoltaic development opportunities across Italy.
  • Support due diligence activities and contribute to project evaluations.
  • Develop technical solutions required during the permitting phase using tools such as AutoCAD, QGIS and PVsyst.
  • Coordinate activities related to grid applications and secure Grid Connection Agreements.
  • Support and manage the permitting process, including environmental and construction authorizations, until projects reach Ready-to-Build status.
  • Participate in the overall development management of solar projects from origination to construction.
  • Work with external consultants, legal advisors, public authorities, local communities and landowners.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure projects comply with applicable legislation.
  • Stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape.

What you'll learn

This position will give you the opportunity to:

  • Gain exposure to every stage of solar project development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across development, engineering and construction.
  • Build expertise in permitting, grid connection and renewable energy regulations.
  • Develop project management and stakeholder engagement skills in a fast-growing industry.

Contributing beyond your projects

In addition to your project responsibilities, you will contribute to the development and growth of the entire organization by:

  • Supporting the continuous improvement of development tools and processes.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues and new team members.
  • Contributing to market intelligence activities and strategic initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a motivated engineering student eager to contribute to the energy transition and gain hands-on experience in solar project development.

Your profile :

  • Final-year student in Electrical, Energy or Industrial Engineering.
  • Good understanding of photovoltaic systems and grid connections.
  • Curious, adaptable and solution oriented.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to manage priorities and work autonomously.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
