Within the GIH CFO function, we are looking for a proactive Specialist to join the Capital Management & Treasury team. In this role, you will contribute to a broad range of corporate treasury activities, focusing on liquidity and funding management, efficient cash and capital allocation, and related analysis and reporting. You will also support senior team members in Capital Management activities and ad hoc transversal initiatives.
- Prepare and consolidate cash-flow datasets from multiple sources and support short- and long-term liquidity forecasting;
- Partner with internal GIH teams and Generali Group functions to ensure continuous oversight of the cash position and execution of corporate treasury activities;
- Handle operational aspects of banking relationships, including account opening/closing and mandate management;
- Contribute to the planning, implementation, and administration of funding solutions;
- Support the Capital Management Plan production process, including deliverables for the GIH Board and Generali Group and proactive monitoring the regulatory capital position of subsidiaries;
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, operational procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements, contributing to a robust control environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' of experience in finance sector (e.g. asset management, insurance, banking);
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial markets;
- Understanding of treasury processes, general accounting principles, and contractual/legal terminology;
- Previous experience in a related field is a plus;
- Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Actuarial, Finance, Mathematics or similar with a strong quantitative focus;
- Educational background or certifications would be advantageous.
