Cybersecurity Architect and Engineering & Innovation Manager
As Cybersecurity Architect and Engineering & Innovation Manager, you will be reporting to the Global Functions CISO, and will be in charge of defining the security architecture target to fill gaps from the past and secure the future enterprise architecture.
You will need to build a transversal vision to help L'Oréal in the Zero Trust strategy adoption and follow up which will help you to build security services and accelerators with our Business Platforms teams and Global Functions.
You will be helping projects by proposing existing assets and responding to custom needs; and disseminate good practices and feedback on chosen solutions within the group.
This role requires a strong technical background, as well as excellent communication skills to work jointly with Business and IT Teams in order to ensure compliancy to L'Oréal Information Security Policy and applicable laws and regulations, while enabling and facilitating the Business.

What a day in the life of the Cybersecurity Manager looks like:
- Define and communicate on cybersecurity architecture patterns and templates
- Provide the final validation for project's architectures through our Design Authority boards
- Help to provide global solutions to solve issues discovered by our Threat and Vulnerability Management process
- Define and enforce a clear information security governance throughout your scope (animation of security committees, etc...)
- Jointly with the Business and IT Teams, ensure L'Oréal Integration of Security in Projects methodology is properly applied
- Proactively identify and mitigate information security risks throughout the lifecycle of L'Oréal assets
- Act as a Cybersecurity evangelist, designing and leading engaging awareness sessions for IT

- Strong technical background in IT security (ie. a first experience as Cybersecurity Architect)
- Security certification (CISM & CISSP is a plus)
- Knowledge in Project Management methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Risk Management standards
- Third Parties Security Management
- Good knowledge of domain-specific and security-related regulations and standards such as GDPR and PCI-DSS
- Excellent spoken/written English (international context)
- Rigorous and organized mindset
