EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Tech Project Manager Intern.
In this role, you will actively contribute to the coordination, monitoring, and management of technical and digital projects. You will hold a versatile position combining project management, technology, and team coordination, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Tech Project Manager Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of our technical projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Project planning: define project stages, deadlines, and priorities required for successful delivery.
- Progress monitoring: track project development and ensure that deadlines and objectives are met.
- Team coordination: act as a link between technical, product, design, and business teams to ensure effective communication.
- Requirements gathering: understand stakeholder expectations and clearly formalize them for technical teams.
- Task organization: structure project activities and monitor their progress using project management tools.
- Risk management: identify potential blockers, dependencies, or delays and contribute to corrective actions.
- Delivery tracking: ensure that project scope, deadlines, and expected quality standards are respected.
- Meeting coordination: prepare and participate in progress meetings, team meetings, project reviews, and retrospectives.
- Project documentation: maintain clear and up-to-date documentation on decisions, deadlines, and project progress.
- Testing and validation: contribute to testing and validating deliverables before production release.
- Project communication: provide regular updates to teams and stakeholders on project progress.
- Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with technical, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Process optimization: contribute to improving project management methods, tracking tools, and internal coordination.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You are currently studying project management, computer science, engineering, management, or a related field.
- You have a genuine interest in technology, digital projects, and team coordination.
- You are comfortable with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Notion, Trello, or equivalent platforms.
- You are able to understand technical topics and communicate effectively with developers and other technical profiles.
- You are able to organize projects, manage several topics simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- You can identify project priorities, risks, and potential blockers.
- You are rigorous, organized, and have strong analytical skills.
- You are autonomous, dynamic, and proactive.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams.
- You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
- A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
