EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as an HR Business Partner Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to recruitment, team support, and the management of human resources matters. You will hold a versatile position combining human resources, operations, and managerial support, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR Business Partner Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in supporting teams and understanding their HR challenges.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate sourcing: identify and approach profiles matching the needs of our partner companies.
  • Candidate interviews: conduct interviews to better understand candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and professional goals.
  • Team support: act as the HR point of contact for a defined scope.
  • Needs analysis: understand operational challenges and identify the related HR needs.
  • HR solutions: contribute to proposing solutions adapted to the issues identified.
  • Indicator tracking: monitor headcount, recruitment, and internal movements.
  • Needs qualification: engage with partner companies to understand their expectations precisely.
  • Candidate support: follow candidates throughout the process, advise them, and prepare them for each stage.
  • Interview coordination: organize exchanges between candidates and partner companies and follow up until a decision is made.
  • Administrative management: prepare and track documents related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality follow-up.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving working methods, ATS tools, and application tracking.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying human resources, occupational psychology, management, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in human resources, recruitment, and supporting teams.
  • You are comfortable conducting interviews and supporting a wide variety of profiles.
  • You can engage with a wide range of stakeholders and understand operational challenges.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can connect business needs with HR issues.
  • You are comfortable tracking indicators and working with HR data.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
