Marketing Intern Contract & Impact

A full-time internship (unpaid) in our marketing department, where you will help communicate Fritz Hansen's work with architects, designers and professional clients, and the ReNEW programme, from our headquarters in Allerød, Denmark.

The role
As Marketing Intern for Contract & Impact, you will join our marketing team for 4-6 months and gain hands-on experience with how an international design company communicates to the professional market and documents the impact of its products.

A central part of the role is ReNEW, our programme for restoring, repairing and extending the life of Fritz Hansen furniture, which is now expanding from professional clients to private customers. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, sustainability and design, as well as external partners, to develop content and materials that support architects, specifiers and key accounts in their choices.

Typical tasks

• Supporting the preparation of content and sales materials for the contract segment, including reference cases and presentations
• Contributing to ReNEW communication across channels, from briefs and texts to launch materials
• Helping translate documented impact data, such as verified CO₂ figures and product lifetime, into clear and accurate communication
• Coordinating with external partners, photographers, agencies and external platforms
• Assisting with the planning and execution of architect events and product launches
• Translating, proofreading and adapting texts as needed
• Maintaining 2D/3D files and technical documentation on BIMobject and other specification platforms, and reporting on download and usage data with relevant insights for the contract team

What we are looking for

• Currently enrolled in a relevant study program, for example communication, marketing or business, with an internship period as part of the curriculum
• A genuine interest in design, architecture and how products are specified and used in professional spaces
• An interest in circular business models and the ability to communicate them precisely, without overstatement
• Strong written and spoken skills in English
• Structured and detail-oriented, comfortable managing several tasks in parallel
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar); Microsoft Office skills are an advantage

Employment terms

• Full-time internship (unpaid) for a period of 4-6 months, depending on your study program's requirements
• Start date to be agreed with the team, preferably January 2027
• Internship agreement in accordance with your study program's requirements
• Lunch arrangement available
