In partnership with Business France, the V.I.E. the program is an opportunity for young graduates from the European Economic Area to go beyond borders and experience a full-time responsibility working for Air Liquide while discovering new cultures and languages.

Air Liquide considers VIE as a high-responsibility mission. You will be positioned into the heart of our businesses, from hydrogen scaling to healthcare logistics, managing projects that have a measurable impact on the energy transition.

Key figures: 

• Mission from 12 to 24 months, 

• Mission deployed in more than 24 countries,

• About 170 VIE a year on a rotation basis.

🔍Do you meet the requirements? 

To apply, you must be…

1. A Citizen of a European Economic Area (EEA) country.

2. Aged between 18 and 28 years.

3. A recent Master’s Degree graduate (Engineering, Business, or other relevant fields).

4. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

5. Characterised by curiosity, adaptability, and a safety-first mindset.
