What does your first journey at BDO look like?

Graduating is exciting... and a little daunting. You trade lecture halls and exams for meetings, new colleagues and your very first real workweek. That probably comes with a few moments of wondering, "Where am I supposed to be again?"

At BDO, we believe it's important that you feel welcome from day one. That's why your start is not just about getting to know your job, but also about getting to know the people you'll be working with.

This September and October, we're once again welcoming many young graduates across our different teams. Their first weeks are all about discovering, asking questions, meeting new colleagues and gradually finding their place within BDO.

And there's something special waiting for them too! At the beginning of October, our new graduates head to the Ardennes together for the annual starter days. Three days packed with activities, team building and opportunities to get to know one another. Not a traditional onboarding where you spend three days listening to presentations, but a chance to share experiences, build connections and start growing your network from day one.

After all, starting your first job is exciting enough. Fortunately, at BDO, you don't have to do it alone.
