Eurofins

After joining the Eurofins network in 2018 as a Project Engineer, Anthony Boisseau worked on continuous improvement initiatives, gaining a broad understanding of operations and building a strong foundation in process optimisation. Looking to broaden his perspective, he later moved into a Controlling role, to develop expertise in financial processes, budgeting, and business performance.

In 2020, he joined Eurofins Water Testing Ile de France as Head of the Chemistry Laboratory Department. This transition from a corporate environment into laboratory leadership marked a significant step in his career and opened the door to further growth.

“Over the following years, I progressed into the role of Operations Manager before ultimately becoming a Business Unit Manager. What I like most about my role is that every day is different and I can work closely with teams across the network while helping shape the future of our laboratory.”

As Business Unit Manager of Eurofins Water Testing Ile de France, he’s also discovered a passion for people development. He says that “I particularly enjoy supporting employees in their development, solving complex challenges and seeing the direct impact of our work on customer satisfaction and environmental stewardship.”

🌟 When reflecting on the principles that guide him, three values stand out most: “The first is entrepreneurship, with employees encouraged to take ownership and drive initiatives forward. The second is continuous improvement, where challenging the status quo and finding better ways of working is part of everyday life. The third is collaboration, as teams focus on achieving our shared mission of Testing for Life.”

Among his most memorable experiences so far, Anthony reflected on his night-shift leadership role to help scale testing activities: “Supporting laboratory operations during COVID-19 remains one of the most formative experiences of my career. It highlighted the dedication, adaptability, and teamwork that exist throughout the Eurofins network.”
