Meet Corinna Perschbacher, General Management Trainee at Eurofins Lab4more, part of the Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics Services network in Germany. A typical day includes various projects that contribute to the Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics Services’ mission of providing the highest quality healthcare at every stage of patient care. She shares: “As a general management trainee, I get to work on a wide range of topics every day which makes this role especially exciting.”

During a visit to two other laboratories belonging to the Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics Services network in Germany, she gained insight into the day-to-day processes and how that relates to her usual site of operations. The open discussions on challenges, best practices and different approaches between the locations were particularly valuable.

Thanks to her role as general management trainee and the laboratory visits, she has deepened her insight into clinical diagnostics and complementary medicine. Reflecting on her journey so far, she mentions: “By tackling a wide variety of challenges, I have strengthened my versatility and developed a strong can-do attitude.”
