At GSK Belgium, we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcomed, supported and empowered to contribute. This commitment comes to life through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which play a key role in strengthening connection, engagement and inclusion across our Belgian sites.
What are Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)?
Employee Resource Groups are voluntary, employee‑led networks open to all colleagues and allies. They create spaces for exchange, learning and collaboration, while supporting professional development and a strong sense of belonging.
Through events, workshops and initiatives, ERGs contribute to an environment where different perspectives are valued and where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves. In 2025, our ERGs in Belgium counted nearly 3,000 members, highlighting strong employee engagement.

- Embrace
Embrace focuses on cultural awareness, dialogue and belonging within the workplace in order to create an inclusive environment that enables employees from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds to thrive. - Disability Confidence Network (DCN)
DCN supports colleagues with disabilities as well as caregivers and allies. Its goal is to promote confidence, accessibility and understanding in the workplace. Belgian initiatives include collaborations with Escalpade, CAP48 and Target Victory, as well as new partnerships with adapted employment enterprises (ETAs). - Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI)
WLI aims to support employees in developing their leadership potential through learning, networking and sharing experiences. Activities include workshops, conferences and internal events. - Spectrum
Spectrum brings together LGBTQIA+ colleagues and allies to foster an environment where everyone feels safe, respected and supported. In Belgium, the network includes more than 700 members and allies and contributes to GSK’s recognition as a leading inclusive employer.
