What We Offer:
- 40 roles across 12 graduate programmes, including R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality & Safety, ICT, Finance, and HR.
- A two-year programme with rotational placements, mentoring, hands-on experience, and senior leader support.

A four-stage virtual process:
- Application form, so we can ensure you meet the basic requirements of the role
- online personality assessment so that we can understand what makes you tick
- video interview, where you have a unique opportunity to demonstrate your motivation and enthusiasm for the role
- virtual assessment day, where you will showcase your full range of skills and attributes to a group of Kerry assessors (managers from the function to which you have applied).
