  Our main focus is to work closely with our Student Workers so as to prepare them for junior/full-time roles. Many of our student workers have managed to gain a full time position and progress within Mars. There are dedicated networks to help, experts to connect with and Line Managers to support you.

• Kan studerende og nyuddannede arbejde hjemmefra?

  We operate in a hybrid setup, and while remote work is supported, your presence in the office to engage with other associates is highly appreciated.
