Hvem er Neybor?
Neybor is a coliving scale-up currently operating a bit more than 300 bedrooms in Brussels, with another 200 under renovation.
We're led by architects & designers. By re-imagining and transforming spaces in existing structures, Neybor's mission is to elevate the standard of living in cities. We believe that by sharing the right spaces we can obtain a much higher level of comfort for all. While community may be at the heart of what we do, for us the process starts with your private space, an element which we never compromise on.
By focusing on smarter configurations and better sound insulation we preserve the private sphere, thereby challenging the status quo of shared living. At Neybor, we see design as a powerful force for good. Furniture and materials across all of our homes are carefully selected, and for the most part, designed and manufactured in house by our team.

At Neybor, interns take the lead on key projects, with real responsibilities from day one. They work hands-on with the team, make visible impact, and grow fast in a purpose-driven environment.

Yes, some team members started as interns. If there's a mutual fit and a role available, we love turning internships into full-time opportunities.
Kan studerende og nyuddannede arbejde hjemmefra?
Yes, we offer flexibility, but we value in-person presence for collaboration and community life. Most interns work from our office, with some remote days possible.
Er der tidpunkter på året, hvor jeres virksomhed har særligt travlt i forbindelse med rekruttering?
Our key recruitment periods are in March–May and September–November, as internships usually start on July 1st and January 2nd. That said, we’re always happy to connect with motivated people year-round!
