We are proud to have successfully completed six months on the French track of the United Nations Global Compact Target Gender Equality Accelerator, a programme that supports companies in advancing gender equality in line with the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), of which Symrise is a signatory. This edition, co‑led by Pacte Mondial de l’ONU - Réseau France (tag them) and ONU Femmes France (tag them), brought valuable insights, peer learning, and expert guidance to help us shape a gender equality action plan with various initiatives to be implemented in our countries around the Globe.
