Tasks
What you will do:
- Support the maintenance of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001
- Help monitor security policies and procedures across the organization
- Support security-related activities in ongoing projects
- Assist in documenting IT risks and tracking security measures
- Contribute to security awareness initiatives, training sessions, and communication campaigns
- Maintain information in asset management and governance tool
- Support the handling and reporting of security incidents
- Cooperate with colleagues from different departments and countries to help resolve security-related topics

What you will learn:
- Fundamentals of information security & risk management
- How a global organization manages cybersecurity and compliance requirements
- Practical application of ISO 27001 and other security standards

Requirements
What we are looking for:
- You are currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business IT, Management, or a related field)
- You are genuinely interested in information security
- You have basic IT knowledge and are comfortable working with technology
- You enjoy interacting with people from different backgrounds
- You are well-organized, reliable, and eager to learn
- You have a good command of English (German is a plus)
- You enjoy working as part of a team and building positive working relationships
Bonus points if you are:
- Curious, proactive, and willing to take initiative
- Comfortable speaking with stakeholders and supporting users
- Able to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way
- Detail-oriented while still keeping the bigger picture in mind
- Confident working in an international and multicultural environment
- Interested in both people and technology - because Information Security is as much about communication as it is about systems
