FINANCE STUDENT WORKER

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
You will work alongside our Finance team on trailer financing, gaining end-to-end exposure to the financing lifecycle, from origination and documentation through reconciliation and reporting, in close collaboration with commercial, procurement, and treasury stakeholders across PNO's international footprint.
We expect you to work approx. 15 hours per week.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Financing
- Preparing financing requests and supporting documentation for our banking partners
- Track invoices, signatures, and document flow with OEMs/Vendors and banks
- Tracking invoices, contract signatures, and document flow between OEMs and banks
- Run weekly and monthly controls and support quarterly bank reporting
- Maintaining the shared financing tracker
- Ad-hoc tasks
Procurement
- Maintain technical specification records and supporting documentation in our procurement systems.
- Coordinate asset identification data (VINs) across procurement platforms.
- Track and update delivery timelines in our procurement system.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A genuine interest in finance and a desire to move forward initiatives
- You’re collaborative, independent, and proactive
- You are studying within accounting, finance, or auditing
- You are staying in Denmark for at least a couple of years
- Fluent in English
