As part of our Engineering & Digital Manufacturing practice, you will help design, deploy and enhance Teamcenter solutions that support innovation, engineering excellence and digital continuity across the entire product lifecycle. 

Working in a multicultural environment, you will collaborate with both local and global teams while gaining valuable exposure to Japanese business culture and delivery practices. 

Your role 

As a Teamcenter Technical Lead, you will drive the technical execution of PLM projects, mentor development teams and ensure the successful implementation of Teamcenter solutions across complex environments. 

You will act as the technical reference point between architects, developers and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities 

• Act as a key technical contributor on Teamcenter implementation and transformation projects 
• Support solution architecture and technical design activities 
• Configure, customize and integrate Teamcenter solutions across complex environments 
• Contribute to the definition of technical standards, best practices and delivery guidelines 
• Review technical solutions and support quality assurance activities 
• Participate in deployment planning, release management and production support 
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to their resolution 
• Share technical expertise with project teams and contribute to capability development 

Your profile 

You bring: 

• 3+ years of Teamcenter experience 
• Strong expertise in Teamcenter customization, configuration and implementation 
• Experience contributing to complex Teamcenter transformation and deployment projects 
• Knowledge of BMIDE, Active Workspace and Teamcenter architecture 
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP and CAD platforms 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers and business stakeholders 
• Strong communication skills and fluent English and Italian

• Teamcenter deployment experience 
• Teamcenter administration expertise 
• Agile project delivery experience
