R&D Food Assistant – Internship 🍪🔬

The Fine Lab is the creative heart of the international Fine Biscuits group (Delacre, Kjeldsens, Délichoc, Royal Dansk), based in Brussels. Our mission? To dream up the next generation of biscuits for international markets—and have fun doing it! ✨

We’re looking for a curious and hands-on intern to join our R&D team. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where creativity, experimentation, and new ingredients are key🧪🌿.

What you’ll do 🎯

Play with new recipes and ingredient combinations to create the biscuit future 🍫🍯
Run lab trials and fine-tune formulations 🔬
Taste, taste, taste! Sensory evaluation is a core part of the job 😋
Brainstorm and pitch ideas for new products and improvements 💡
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, production) to turn concepts into real products 🤝

Who you are 👤

Student in food science, agro-food, nutrition, or related field🎓
Passionate about food, innovation, and creativity ❤️
Curious, proactive, and ready to experiment hands-on in the lab 🧪
Enjoys teamwork and a multicultural environment 🌍
Fluent in English; French is a plus
