EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as an Employer Branding Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to recruitment, candidate support, and the development of the company’s employer brand. You will hold a versatile position combining human resources, recruitment, and communication, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Employer Branding Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in strengthening our attractiveness to candidates and showcasing our work environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Employer brand: contribute to defining and implementing the employer narrative.
  • HR content: produce content showcasing teams, roles, and company culture.
  • Online presence: contribute to managing employer pages and monitoring their performance.
  • Candidate sourcing: identify and approach profiles matching the needs of our partner companies.
  • Candidate interviews: conduct interviews to better understand candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and professional goals.
  • Company culture promotion: help communicate the company’s values, working methods, and professional environment.
  • Needs qualification: engage with partner companies to understand their expectations precisely.
  • Candidate support: follow candidates throughout the process, advise them, and prepare them for each stage.
  • Interview coordination: organize exchanges between candidates and partner companies and follow up until a decision is made.
  • Administrative management: prepare and track documents related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality follow-up.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving workflows, ATS tools, and application tracking.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying human resources, occupational psychology, management, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in recruitment, HR communications, and employer branding.
  • You are comfortable conducting interviews and supporting a wide variety of profiles.
  • You have strong writing skills and a genuine feel for communication.
  • You can adapt messages to different audiences and communication channels.
  • You are interested in company culture and how organizations can showcase their roles and teams.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
